Sole-Source Awards: After a 15-day Notice of Contract Action for Intent to Award, SDVOSBs can receive a sole-source award if no other SDVOSB expresses interest or the ability to meet the requirements.
Congressional Support:
In 1999, Congress expanded small-business opportunities for veterans through the Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act.
