    Our Story

    APA was founded in 2013 with a mission to support the U.S. Military and create meaningful opportunities for veterans and their families. Established by Terry D. Yarbrough, a seasoned veteran with 21 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Navy, the company was born out of his commitment to providing tailored solutions to address the complex challenges faced by military organizations. Terry’s vision was to leverage his firsthand experience to offer precise, mission-critical support to the Navy and beyond, while empowering fellow veterans in their transition to civilian careers.

    Leadership

    APA was founded and is led by a retired United States Naval Officer with extensive experience in Department of Defense (DoD) and CMS Acquisition, Finance, and Logistics. Alongside the founder, nearly 98% of our staff are veterans, bringing a wealth of experience, discipline, and dedication to our work.
